Ayurveda is the oldest system of natural
healing on earth since it was described around 3500 B.C. in
the ancient Hindu texts called Vedas. Ayurveda
is a preeminently a comprehensive approach to healthy living,
its primary goal is preservation and promotion of health,
with an emphasis on enhancing immunity. A secondary goal is
the treatment of mental and physical illnesses, and the restoration
of spiritual peace.
An integral part of ayurvedic medicine is
YOGA (or union) therapy, a holistic science of well being
that brings healing from within.
