Managing Excessive Stress

We offer a 3-step stress management program that (1) determines your level of stress, (2) individualizes an effective stress reduction strategy, and (3) provides any necessary long-term follow-up services.

To Manage your Excessive Stress, we will:

  Determine your level of stress.
  Identify the causes of stress.
Take specific action to address the causes and reduce the symptoms
Practice stress reduction exercises that you can use whenever and wherever needed.
Help create and maintain a positive attitude to overcoming your stress.

Our approach to managing excessive stress is rooted in time-honored mind-body Yoga techniques:

  • Instant Relaxation - via the Isometric Squeeze Technique
  • Quick Relaxation - via the Breath Awareness Technique
  • Deep Relaxation - via Yogic Relaxation Techniques
  • Progressive Relaxation - via Pranayama
